Prezídium ZCHFP SR vyzýva politikov na zodpovednosť

Súčasná nepriaznivá podnikateľská situácia na Slovensku, sprevádzaná rastom cien energií, dopadmi zvyšovania minimálnej mzdy a sociálnych balíčkov, spolu so zahraničnými dopadmi, je už za hranicou únosnosti a spôsobuje chemickým a farmaceutickým podnikom, ale aj iným odvetviam značné ekonomické škody. Prezídium Zväzu chemického a farmaceutického priemyslu (ZCHFP) SR, na zasadaní v Bratislave vo štvrtok 3.októbra 2019, preto vyzvalo slovenských politikov a orgány štátu aby sa správali zodpovedne  a prestali zhoršovať podnikateľské prostredie na Slovensku prijímaním nesystémových populistických rozhodnutí.

Ďalej upozorňuje nato, že avizovaný pokles cien exportovaných výrobkov pre 4.Q.2019 je v rozsahu viac ako 10 %. Pritom väčšina slovenských chemických podnikov patrí k tým, ktoré nemajú finančné rezervy. Vlaňajší rast tržieb odvetvia totiž sprevádzal pokles ziskov a pokles pridanej hodnoty, ako dôsledok rastu cien vstupov (energií) a v predchádzajúcich rokoch niekoľko rokov za sebou klesali aj tržby.

 

,,Už vlani v novembri Prezídium ZCHFP SR upozornilo na mimoriadne zhoršovanie podnikateľského prostredia v SR, dramatický rast cien energií, enormný nárast minimálnej mzdy a ďalších mzdových príplatkov a nárokov, ktoré v konečnom dôsledku vedú k znižovaniu konkurencieschopnosti výrobných spoločností na Slovensku. Tržby slovenskej chémie za 1.polrok klesli o 2,5 %

Chemický a farmaceutický priemysel v SR zaznamenal za prvý polrok 2019 pokles tržieb v porovnaní s rovnakým obdobím roku 2018 o 2,5%. Celkové tržby za sledované obdobie dosiahli 4,986 miliardy EUR. Najvýraznejšie klesli tržby v odvetví výroby umelých vlákien (-13,2%). Nárast tržieb zaznamenalo len odvetvie výroby mydiel, pracích, čistiacich, parfumovaných prostriedkov o 0,7%. V rafinérskom odvetví klesli tržby medziročne o 62 miliónov eur (-3%). Informuje o tom Ing. Roman Karlubík, MBA, prezident Zväzu chemického a farmaceutického priemyslu (ZCHFP) SR.

,,Pokles slovenskej chémie ako celku za 1.polrok 2019 o 2,4 %, keď ešte prvý štvrťrok bol plusový o 2%, signalizuje pravdepodobne začiatok dlhodobého nepriaznivého trendu. Chémia citlivo reaguje na externé vplyvy i zhoršenie domáceho podnikateľského prostredia. Vývoj ovplyvňuje spomalenie nemeckej ekonomiky, americké clá, volatilné ceny ropy, nejasnosti okolo brexitu a nepriaznivé vyhliadky automobilového priemyslu na najbližšie obdobie. Odvetvie sa vyrovnáva s nepriaznivými dôsledkami neprimeraného rastu minimálnej mzdy, enormného zvýšenia príplatkov za prácu v noci, cez víkendy a sviatky, na čo podnikateľské zväzy márne upozorňujú už od začiatku,“ zhodnotil R.Karlubík.

Ďalej upozornil, že politicky motivované populistické preteky okolo rastu minimálnej mzdy a ďalších nákladov pokračujú naďalej a ohrozujú vývoj slovenskej chémie i celej ekonomiky. Varovný je však predovšetkým neudržateľný a produktivitou práce nepodložený rast mzdových nákladov. Len za 2.štvrťrok tohto roka poklesla produktivita práce v porovnaní s 1. štvrťrokom 2019 o 2,6%, ale medzi štvrťročný nárast miezd bol až 8,9%.

,,Za prvých šesť mesiacov tohto roku pokračoval nerovnomerný vývoj jednotlivých odvetví slovenskej chémie, i keď minimálny rast o 0,7% zaznamenalo len jediné pododvetvie a to pododvetvie výroby mydiel, pracích, čistiacich, parfumovaných prostriedkov s tržbami 91 mil. EUR. Všetky ostatné zaznamenali pokles. Rafinované ropné produkty o -3%, a chemikálie a chemické výrobky o -4%, farmaceutické výrobky o -1,1% a výrobky z gumy a plastov o -1,5 pokles. V jednotlivých pododvetviach klesli plasty v primárnej podobe o -6,9%, náterové látky o -2,5%, umelé vlákna o -3,2%, výrobky z plastov o -2,3% a výrobky z gumy o -0,6%,“ vymenoval R.Karlubík.
