In the production process of color steel coils, the substrate can pass through the baking furnace at a speed of up to 140 m/min. It is now possible to use a linear and curved heating method to cure the color steel coil. Straight line refers to the curing method in which the furnace temperature of the baking oven is completely the same in 4~5 areas; the curve type refers to the method of curing the coating in 4~5 areas in the furnace. If the furnace length is 50 m, the unit speed is 120 m/min, and the strip with a thickness of 0.5 mm can be heated at a uniform temperature of 310 °C, 310 °C, 310 °C, 310 °C, 310 °C, and can also be used at 210 °C. Heating at 260 ° C, 330 ° C, 350 ° C, and 320 ° C in 5 different sections of the furnace temperature. The best temperature profile requirements for each coating for each unit are determined by practice.
