Roofing sheet waterproof design

The waterproof layer of aerated concrete roof sheets is not only the waterproofing requirement of buildings, but also an important measure to protect aerated concrete roofing sheets. The coiling materials are still commonly used at home and abroad. Due to the narrow plate and the flat seam butt joint, the overall rigidity is poor. Therefore, if the linoleum is directly laid on the China color-coated corrugated roofing sheet, the following points should be noted in the design:
1. The waterproof layer of aerated concrete roofing sheet should have better overall rigidity in addition to its own waterproof performance. The overall rigidity of the board should be well connected with the main structure. Strengthen the joint between the side seams. If the gap is small and the general cement mortar is used for filling, the metal sheet subjected to anti-rust treatment should be nailed between the joints, or the mortar should be bonded.
2. In the flat roof, generally no slope is found on the upper part of the color-coated corrugated roofing sheet and the slope is determined by the structure. Only when the slope of the support is uniform and flat, the flatness of the board surface can be ensured, and the linoleum can be laid.
3. Before the aerated concrete roof sheet is made of linoleum, there is generally no gas barrier layer in the upper part. The function of the gas barrier on the reinforced concrete roof is to prevent the moisture in the room from penetrating into the insulation through the reinforced concrete roof sheet and affecting the insulation effect. However, the aerated concrete roof sheet itself is the insulation material, so it is separated in the upper part. The gas layer has lost its meaning.
