Matching problem mainly refers to the installation and matching of chuck and grinding wheel. According to the standard requirement, the diameter of grinding wheel chuck should not be less than 1/3 of the diameter of the installed sand office building, and the new grinding wheel should be replaced when the grinding wheel is worn to 10 mm larger than the diameter of chuck. In this way, there is a chuck and grinding wheel matching problem, otherwise there will be such a situation, „big horse cart“ caused waste of equipment and materials, „small horse cart“ does not meet safety requirements, easy to cause personal accidents. Therefore, the reasonable matching of chuck and grinding wheel, on the one hand, can save equipment and cut materials; on the other hand, it meets the requirements of safe operation. In addition, a cushion with a diameter greater than 2 mm and a thickness of 1 mm~2 mm should be installed between the grinding wheel and the chuck.

The protective shield is the most important protective device of the grinding wheel machine. Its function is: when the grinding wheel is damaged due to some reasons, it can effectively cover the grinding wheel debris and ensure the safety of personnel. The grinding wheel shield has two shapes, circular and square, the maximum opening angle is not allowed to exceed 90 degrees; the material of the shield is steel with tensile strength not less than 415N/mm2. When replacing the new grinding wheel, the protective cover should be firmly and reliably installed, and the protective cover should not be disassembled or discarded at will. The shield plate is one of the main protective accessories of the grinding wheel machine. The opening of the shield above the horizontal plane of the main shaft is greater than or equal to 30. Its main function is to cover the flying in the grinding process, so as not to hurt the operator. It is installed at the front end of the opening of the protective cover, the width should be larger than the width of the grinding wheel protective cover, and should be firmly fixed on the protective cover. In addition, the clearance between the circumferential surface of the grinding wheel and the gear plate should be less than 6mm.

Bracket problem bracket is one of the commonly used accessories of grinding wheel machine. Adjustable bracket must be installed for grinding wheel machine whose diameter is more than 150 mm. The distance between the fast working grinding wheel and the bracket shall be less than 1/2 of the minimum contour of the grinded workpiece, but the maximum shall not exceed 3 mm.

The grounding machine uses power lines, so the equipment housing must have a good grounding protection device. This is also one of the important factors that cause accidents easily.
